Premium Artisan Olive Oil

OLVERO Extra Virgin Olive Oil is 100% pure olive juice.  It’s made by simply crushing the fruit and extracting their juice, which makes it different from every other type of oil.

Therefore, the best olive oils are fresh and handled very carefully.

For thousands of years, people around the world have consumed olive oil, which has formed an essential part of a healthy lifestyle as well as a culinary tradition.

The name Olvero is formed from Olivo, the beautiful olive tree and Envero, the ‘veraison’ stage of optimum ripeness for olives.

To take full advantage of all of the nutritional and sensory values of our pure oil, we carefully select the finest fruit of our groves and collect them with care at the ‘verasion’ stage.  We press the ripened fruit within a few hours of collection, always at a controlled temperature below 21° C.

Our farms are located in the province of Jaén, the world centre for olive oil production. Our village, Arjonilla, is a countryside area renowned for its nature, tradition and environmental quality.

Our location is special because the ripening process of our fruit occurs before the cold weather arrives, which helps to protect our olives. Therefore, we can savor nature in its purest state and achieve an exceptional extra virgin olive oil.
